โกโก้ดอย ก่อตั้งโดย คุณสิริญา ปูเหล็ก สมาชิกชุมชนชาติพันธุ์ลีซูผู้จบการศึกษาด้านการพยาบาลและลาออกจากราชการเพื่อก่อตั้งศูนย์การเรียนรู้การแปรรูปโกโก้ ศูนย์แห่งนี้ร่วมมือกับทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อสุขภาพ และดำเนินงานวิจัยและโครงการด้านการศึกษา ด้วยการผสมผสานภูมิปัญญาล้านนาไทยดั้งเดิมเข้ากับเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ ดอยโกโก้จึงแปรรูปผลโกโก้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อสุขภาพที่ล้ำสมัย แนวทางนี้สร้างคุณค่าที่โดดเด่นและเสริมสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันในตลาด

Cocoa Doi was founded by Ms. Siriya Pulek, a member of the Lisu ethnic community who graduated in nursing and later resigned from government service to establish a cocoa processing learning center. The center collaborates with both public and private sector organizations to develop health-oriented products, conduct research, and implement educational programs. By integrating traditional Lanna Thai wisdom with modern technology, Cocoa Doi transforms cocoa fruit into innovative health products.
